Senior Rust Engineer: Trading Systems (Remote, India)
Fair Share is hiring for a US-based trading-technology client
Why this role
You'll write production Rust that runs inside real trading systems: market-data services, smart order routing, execution algorithms and digital-asset execution across spot, perpetuals and options. You'll work every day with an experienced product lead who brings the trading and methodology expertise. You own the engineering. The role starts at about 20 hours a week and can grow to full-time.
What you'll do
First assignment: take a live client deployment to production. You'll write the production scripts, run the rehearsals, do the install, and keep the pilot's daily runs healthy.
Hours and overlap
- About 20 hours a week to start, with a path to full-time as the work grows
- Available for live work 8:00am–1:00pm US Eastern on US business days (6:30pm–11:30pm IST in winter)
